Versatile: More tool-like and disinterested, more cooperative, lacks intrinsic motivation for achievement and doesn't need to dominate others

Independent: Secure, difficult to influence by other people, influences others due to independence
vs
Dependent: Insecure, easily falls under the influence of others due to doubt, can't influence others directly
