Humanities have a special mental attitude associated with experiences of human imperfections. All of them are more or less pessimistic, although they are trying to stifle in themselves disturbing forebodings. They often have prophetic dreams that anticipate unexpected events and changes in the ordinary course of life.

Humanitarian scholars, unlike more optimistic and democratic socials, do not have the gift of collectivism. They prefer either separate communication with the circle of the elect, or addressing large groups of people.

Despite their worldly impracticality, people turn to them in difficult moral situations. Humanitarians have a special psychologism and the ability to empathize with human grief. Moreover, humanitarians suffer not so much about a specific person, but about human problems. Hence their moral and ideological quests, doubts and hesitations.

Heavy humanities (Advisor and Humanist) work better with fundamental, conscious, but very inert mental problems and prejudices. On their shoulders lies the "hard" humanitarian work on the education of tolerance and debugging relations with "dissenters".

You distinguish Scientists by their desire to do what is unknown, unusual, even if it does not promise direct and immediate returns in the future. They are characterized by curiosity, a desire to uncover the secrets of the universe and to present them in a scientific language. In their work, they constantly experiment, do not like to use proven, well-established methods.

Scientists differ in everyday unsuitability, ignoring the everyday, social in the narrow sense of the word, side of life. This sciententist can enthusiastically argue about the problems of his field of interest, forgetting about food and drink.

Scientific discussions are always democratic, open. Representatives of this installation do not respect the hierarchy, regalia, authorities. The level of intelligence - this is the criterion that they use when they give their estimates to a person. 

Heavy Scientists - the Seeker and the Analyst - are strong in solving fundamental, difficult to lift scientific problems. 
Easy Scientists - Entrepreneur and Critic - show themselves better in mobile approaches that are typical for solving short-term tasks.

Scientists are intuitive-logical and logical-intuitive types, whose mission is to scientific-theoretical and experimental study of the surrounding world by objective, reproducible methods.

Social groups, by virtue of their collectivist spirit, quickly converge on the basis of everyday problems, create warm companies, where they devote their passion to practically oriented communication. They are very democratic in nature, they feel the situation well. In social groups there is an intensive exchange of everyday information, social news - who fell in love with someone, who was divorced, where to buy, where to get better, and so on.

The objective orientation in the sense of “social above personal” among socials is pushed into the background. All their efficiency is limited to the circle of relatives and good friends. They value family, home more than other types. The sensible for socials is above idealistic, so they rarely fall into the category of adherents of platonic love. Everyday joys and cozy arrangement in this world - these are the forms in which their social activity is clothed. 

Heavy socials - the Politician and the Guardian - are better suited for the organization of life in difficult, adverse conditions of society. 
Easy socials - Enthusiast and Mediator - debug communication in a favorable, comfortable society.

2. Socio-communicative setting

This installation includes sensory-ethical and ethical-sensory types that are most effective in the sphere of distribution and social communications (trade, supplies, services, health care, catering, social security, entertainment, etc.).

The installation is naturally divided into two subgroups - heavy and light socials.

Heavy socials (sociopolit Politician and Guardian) are more in demand in the so-called "heavy" society. Light socials (Mediator and Enthusiast) will find their application in the "easy" society. This is a state of society where there is no tough competition, there is no significant gap between the rich and the poor, people have little interest in politics. Heavy socials (Politician and Custodian), on the contrary, are more effective in a society with sharp contradictions (class, ethnic, gender, etc.), with a large gap between the rich and the poor, with frequent political choices and intrusive advertising.
