Relations in one temperament. Humanitarian Socionics
Relationships are linearly assertive. Socionics Relationship in one temperament
This temperamental group includes the relations: Activation (AK), Quasi-Identity (HF), Direct Order (PZ) and Reverse Order (OZ). These relationships have the highest energy. Therefore, their effect in the dyad activates, accelerates, increases energy. The key word conveying the temperamental action of this four of relationships is ACTIVATION.
1. Symmetric (two-way) activation
Activation (AK) - vital activation. Partners communicate energy impulse to each other in everyday life. There is not so much help each other as mutual pushing to perform difficult or unpleasant tasks.
Quasi-identity (CV) - mental activation. Mental activity is stimulated in such a dyad. To understand each other, you need to significantly strain.
2. Directional (one-sided) activation
Direct order (PP) - transferred from the customer to the sub-custom work activation. Very productive attitude in practice. Is of administrative and business nature.
Reverse order (OZ) - the moral and psychological activation reported by the customer to the customer. A reverse customer may offend, touch with a sharp note, embark on teaching, educating.
From people unfamiliar with socio-analysis, one often hears the statement that intertype relationships do not work, since they cannot manage to “hand over the order”. For many, unfortunately, the false stereotype has taken root that the sub-order should always obey the customer.
An inexperienced communicator, when interacting with its sub-order, simply does not know how to transfer the order for it to be accepted. A direct order is a management attitude and all sorts of hints, wishes and whims contribute to the inversion of the relationship, that is, their transition to the reverse order.
Socionics The fact that the sub-order must always obey the customer is a false stereotype.
Coming to such a state gives rise to resentment, disappointment, dramatization, and hasty declarations. The sub-order should not guess the desires of the customer. Direct order is issued in the form of specific business orders with real deadlines! The best way to transfer an order is not a clarification and teaching, but a personal example.
It will be useful to remind you that in their pure form the described patterns will manifest themselves only in an isolated dyad that tends to integrate. If the relationship is called “not glued”, it means that one or both partners are behaving against them, destroying their energy. There is practically no dyad, because everyone keeps on his own.
In a disintegrated dyad, it is generally impossible to talk about the presence of any structured relationships. To integrate into the dyad is necessarily a change. For each relationship you have to pay your fee. And if the individual wants to remain the same as before the entry into the relationship, it means that the relationship is doomed to collapse.
The relationship is flexible and agile. Socionics Relationship in one temperament
This temperamental group includes relations: Superego (SE), Identity (TO), Business (DE), Related (RO). Represent the opposite of equilibrium relationships. They arise with the similarity of temperaments of interacting sociotypes. Partners acquire flexibility in behavior, rapid switching from one mode of action to another.
The key word for them is RESONANCE. Resonance in Latin means an echo, echo. In order for the buildup to occur, the partners must forcibly synchronize the “natural frequencies”, as if “sound” one inside the other.
1. Symmetric (two-way) resonance
Superego (SE) - vital resonance. Leadership in such a dyad cannot be seized for long. A struggle is unfolding for more comforts, in which the lead and the follower alternate. At the same time, internal attachment is developed, which contributes to a compromise.
Identity (MOT) - mental resonance. The desire to get ahead of a partner, to prove that you are smarter. One kind of "lights" the other. The winner in this intellectual battle is one or the other alternately. There is no fixed leadership.
2. Directional (one-sided) resonance
Business (DE) - working resonance. The buildup in action. Hierarchy is required for work, so a leader is put forward in the dyad. True, his right is challenged. When he comes to a standstill, the roles change.
Related (RO) - moral and psychological resonance. In a related dyad, a competition of ideologies, evaluations of external events, ways of life takes place. Someone’s views should prevail over time, albeit with a periodic interception of the initiative by another partner.
Socionics With the similarity of the temperaments of sociotypes, resonance arises.Partners gain flexibility in behavior, fast switching.

If the relationship is called “not glued”, it means that one or both partners are behaving against them, destroying their energy. There is practically no dyad, because everyone keeps on his own.

Relations are balanced and stable. Socionics Relationship in one temperament
Relations have such temperament: Conflict (CF), Mirror (WE), Direct revision (PR), Reverse audit (PR). They are opposite in their temperamental effect to linear-energetic relations - they have an inhibitory and retarding effect on the dyad. These relationships take energy, but stimulate information processes. The key word conveying their meaning is BRAKING.
1. Symmetric (two-sided) braking
Conflict (CF) - vital inhibition. Partners interfere with each other in the implementation of daily life. Life support processes freeze, freeze, but at the same time become more thoughtful and sustainable.
Specularity (WE) - mental inhibition. In the mirror dyad, the rate of mental activity slows down, but information and analytical work is intensifying.
2. Directional (one-sided) braking
Direct audit (PR) - directed from the auditor to the sub-revisible moral and psychological inhibition. The indulgently humane attitude of the auditor to the sub-revision forces the latter to reflect on his inner values, switches to self-improvement work.
Reverse audit (RR) - working braking directed from the auditor to the auditor. This process usually results in intrusive control and nagging at small things, forcing the auditor to stop, cool down, and work slower and more thoroughly.
Socionics Balanced and stable relationships - have a slowing effect on the dyad, take energy, but stimulate information processes.
The revision has the same problems as with the order. Observing how the audited person does not obey the auditor, again they conclude that socionic relations do not work. That is, the direct revision is mixed with the reverse. There is only one way out - to observe the rules of the stability of the desired relationship. In order to establish a direct audit, which in itself is a relation of a moderate degree of comfort, it is necessary to behave in relation to the audited person humanely and patiently, as a mother treats a playful child. Otherwise, you face a reverse audit - a tough and exhausting attitude, which brings a lot of discomfort.

Relationships are receptive-adaptive. Socionics Relationship in one temperament
This temperament has a relationship: Duality (DM), Redemption (software), Semi-duality (PD), Mirage (MI). This temperament makes the outcome very sensitive, leads partners to adjust, the natural synchronization of their actions. The key word for them is BALANCE.
The balance of receptive-adaptive relations is mobile, deviating and self-restoring. The temperaments of the partners more or less compensate each other, giving rise to the desire for homeostasis. Time works to stabilize this relationship, smoothing more and more the sharp angles of the opposites.
1. Symmetric (mutual) equilibrium
Duality (DU) - vital balance. Non-violent convergence of partners' own life rhythms in a dyad, sometimes up to complete merging. The essence of duality conveys well the term having symbiosis of biological origin. Symbiosis - the cohabitation of organisms of different species on the basis of mutual satisfaction of vital needs.
Redemption (ON) - mental equilibrium. Synchronization of mental rhythms in the dyad. The process of reflection after adjustment proceeds freely and easily. As a result of the discussion, a more powerful intellectual system is not necessarily born, but the process of the exchange of thoughts is satisfying.
2. Directional (one-sided) equilibrium
Semi-duality (PD) - balance in work. To maintain the working rhythms in a synchronized state, one of the partners must assume the function of a master. However, it is impossible to predict the distribution of intradiadal roles, without knowing the communicative environment.
Mirage (MI) - moral and psychological balance. Calming and comforting from one partner to another. A mirage dyad requires the allocation of a master and a slave. Slave will be the one who has accumulated more psychological problems and experiences. The facilitator will listen to him and tune in to an optimistic mood.
Socionics Susceptible-adaptive relationships - lead partners to adjust, the natural synchronization of their actions.
It will be useful to remind you that in their pure form the described patterns will manifest themselves only in an isolated dyad that tends to integrate.
