Structural Organization of Socion


Socion is the most complex communicative object of all that socionics explores. Socion is not a monolithic structure, it is a moving whole, which at different times and in different situations has a different organization. However, this statement does not mean that among all the diverse states of socion there are no preferred, more precisely, energetically more favorable in the long term.
In any case, the organizational chart of socion has two parts - energy and information. Any socionic object, both individual and collective, is subject to the laws of energy-informational exchange. Moreover, in some socionic groups the energy principle prevails, in others - the informational one. In each of the groups, types are arranged according to their group roles. To do this, you need to figure out which type will be the first number - the leader of the group, making the main decisions, who the second number - the implementer of the program, who will become the number three - the stabilizer of the group and who, finally, will get the role of number four - the corrector and the end of the group program.
Practice has shown that there are only two such stably preferred socion organizations. For simplicity, we will name them first and second. At the same time, we will bear in mind not their importance, but the historical sequence of their discovery in science. The first organization is the functioning of socion according to the “temperament - installation” scheme. These terms have been known in psychology for a long time (temperament was discovered in antiquity), but were used separately. And only socionics combined them in a single model of the psyche. Moreover, temperament represents the energetic side of socion (it indicates what kind of energy a sociotype has), and the attitude is informational (where a sociotype directs its energetics).

The second organization of socion shows how types interact in quadras and rings. Here, in turn, there is still an additional branching into order rings and audit rings. A quadral-order organization is considered generally accepted. In the second organization, order rings are energy groups, and in the quadras the informational beginning prevails.

Pay attention to the inconsistency of orthodox socionics, which the type model builds based on audit connections, and the socion model - on custom ones. If the sociomodel is single and describes the structure of all communicative objects endowed with the psyche (including collective), then supporters of Model A will have to come up with tricks to deny the obvious isomorphism of type and socion.
Both socionic organizations are in relation to each other in a complementarity relationship: the more we focus on one of them, the more the other erodes. In the absence of an observer, socion is a superposition (combination) of both states. For a simple observer, it is much easier to fix the first organization of socion: the energy of a person, the orientation of his abilities, as well as professional inclinations are quickly detected in the course of communication (if only it were quite diverse). It is not surprising that psychologists discovered this side of socion first. But it is much more difficult for an observer to fix the quadratic values ​​and the place of certain sociotypes in the stream of changes, since this side of the sociotype cannot be detected locally - in short-term current communication.
