Pulsation
By the term “ pulsation” (energy) I understand the action of the questness – declatibility polarity. This is one of the three polarities (along with vertigo and rotation), which control the dynamics of the socion. I will give several explanatory analogies.
Let's start with a medical analogy. The heart rate is divided into a systole phase - a contraction of the heart muscle - and diastole - its relaxation. The diastolic pressure is therefore lower than systolic and is recorded as a second indicator (for example, 120/80, where 120 is systolic and 80 is diastolic pressure). Sometimes in socionics, these phases are compared with extraversion and introversion, since systole is also called the active phase, and diastole is called the passive phase. However, I think that it would be more accurate to draw an analogy with questability — energy concentration and declination — dissipation (dispersion) of energy.
