Unit Changeability
The Scientists' Turnover
1.1. Linearly-assertive temperament - PT. The development of any science or theory begins with experiments, the discovery of paradoxes and obtaining some empirical patterns. There is a bold invasion of scientific thought in uncharted areas, as well as a rethinking of the already existing knowledge base. The most likely "pockets" of growth in promising areas are the joints of traditional sciences. The theory is not yet separated from practice. Socialism opens with a “entrepreneurial” stage.
1.2. Flexible-agile temperament - IL. The knowledge and particular laws obtained at the first stage, due to which it is possible to formulate the central problem of the emerging direction, are synthesized into one coherent structure, scheme or formula. Thanks to inventive insight, which takes thought out of the vicious circle, the problem is theoretically solved and as a result, the final formation of a new discipline or scientific school takes place. The second stage of the development of science is “inventive”.
1.3. Receptively adaptive temperament - TP. The unified theory - the product of the second stage - turns out to be poorly developed structurally, contains many ambiguities and contradictions, is poorly linked to the current requirements of practice, is very static. It needs to be adjusted and dynamized. At this stage, the single direction is divided into separate schools, criticizing each other and engaged in the “editing” of the invented scheme. The third stage of scientism inevitably turns out to be “critical.”
1.4. Stable balanced temperament - LI. One of the opposing schools turns out to be the strongest: better explain their ideas, convincingly link them to each other, compactly set forth and tied to practice. She and wins in the end, leaving behind a well-developed, refined structure, which then practically does not undergo changes. The fourth and final stage in the development of science is “analytical”.
PT -> IL -> TP -> LI
Changeability of humanities
2.1. Linearly-energetic temperament - ET. The analytical theory of Scientists is picked up by the most energetic of the humanities and is transformed into a worldview, faith, and ideology. On this emotional wave, it is preached by him in the form of some socially significant doctrine. She is increasingly embracing the souls and minds of disappointed people: after all, ET is an excellent actor and orator, philosopher and teacher, a selfless fighter for an idea. The first stage of humanity is “mentoring”.
2.2. Flexible-agile temperament - IR. At this stage, the humanitarian processing of large masses of people ends and the appeal to a specific person begins. The new worldview is individualized, the place of the teacher is occupied by talented students. Instructions and parables give way to immediate advice on how to behave in difficult life situations. The second stage of humanity is “advisory.”
2.3. Susceptible-adaptive temperament - TE. The humanitarian idea is undergoing a crisis in its development. The persecution of supporters of old convictions falls on her, she is also attacked by other doctrines existing in parallel with her and claiming possession of people's minds. It is necessary to adapt and maintain faith in the future. The third stage of humanity is “lyrical”.
2.4. Stable balanced temperament - RI. Humanitarian teaching is successfully adapted to the changed conditions and is used by forebears as rules of behavior, treatment, and upbringing. It has become another means of making human nature kind, decent, and patient. Further, it can no longer add anything and take away anything from it. The fourth and final stage of humanitarianism is the “humanistic” one.
ET -> IR -> TE -> RI
Social Replacement
3.1. Linearly-assertive temperament - ES. Humanitarians pass the development baton to the socials. The system that exists as a behaviorally oriented doctrine is now spreading as a profitable social practice, which makes it possible to live better (more interesting, more fun, richer, more convenient). In other words, it takes on its presentation. There are many enthusiasts of this communicative practice, who enthusiastically spread it to various sectors of the social sphere. The ideas that were conceived in the minds of distracted thinkers acquire the solid ground of a popular novelty, or fashion, that they want to imitate. The first stage of socialization is “enthusiastic.”
3.2. Flexible-agile temperament - FR. Attractive social technology is beginning to be used for status purposes. It is connected with other well-known ways of influencing people, with its help they are trying to achieve social advantages, on its basis they create socially-directed political programs. It is used in the struggle for power, in advertising and propaganda companies, etc. The second stage of socialization is “political”.
3.3. Susceptible-adaptive temperament - SE. The general wave of fascination with the new “goods” is passing. It begins its social individualization - adaptation to the needs of individual consumers. People use it for personal improvement in their own public niche, achieving maximum communicative comfort. Separate versions of the goods that have seized the market compete with each other, which allows to improve it, select the best one. The third stage of social dynamics is “mediatory”.
3.4. Stable balanced temperament - RF. The once unusual forms of social practice are firmly established in everyday, everyday communication and gradually become fixed by the tradition of the norms of human behavior. Deviation from them is considered “immoral”, “asocial” and is suppressed by the power of public opinion. The fourth stage of product socialization is “custodial”.
ES -> FR -> SE -> RF
The turnover of managers
4.1. Linearly-energetic temperament - PS. An experimental idea, once passed through humanization and socialization, is being transformed into a real production technology, documented, on which to work. It is increasingly based management of organizational and production structures, it is included in the practice of business. However, it has to be aggressively implemented, which requires full commitment of forces. The first management stage is “administrative”.
4.2. Flexible-agile temperament - FL. The technology that has become a management practice is used for military purposes, to suppress competitors, to test for strength, to seize power and in general a wide class of power tasks. It is accepted as a model, which is used in relation to extreme situations when other methods do not work. The second management stage is “marshall”.
4.3. Susceptible-adaptive temperament - SP. The power, monopolistic, centralized structures created at the previous stage split into separate units, each of which adapts to its territory. Individual skills are being improved in the use of the past "marshall" management technology test. The third management stage is “masterful”.
4.4. Stable balanced temperament - LF. Of the individual variants of management systems that have entered into competition in the third stage, some one turns out to be more productive and reliable in operation and thus benefits. Further, it is honed to perfection and more practically does not undergo changes. It only needs to be maintained in good condition and controlled. Ideally, it is automated, which completely eliminates the factor of subjectivity from the management sphere. The last stage in the development of management systems - "Inspector".
PS -> FL -> SE -> LF
On this big cycle of the installation-temperamental structure ends. The development spiral begins to unwind a new round: the spent and frozen LF system falls into the hands of the PT-experimenter, who is trying to find a completely new, unexpected use for her. The end of the chain converges with its beginning. The forgotten old is reborn in a new guise.
To study the patterns that have been derived in reality, visit four different places in your social task and watch how your temperaments change within the installation you are in. Make sure that both the scientific school, the humanitarian trend, and the informal company of acquaintances, and the manufacturing enterprise have the same diminishing linear dynamics of development.
And now go to the final and most time-consuming stage of diagnostic practice - conducting socionic trainings. Collect separately the representatives of each of the four installations and instruct them to perform several more complex tasks. Over time, the experience gained will allow you to distinguish the handwriting of each temperament inside any installation to the finer points. This is a difficult, but very exciting and informative activity!
Finally, if you have enough strength and patience to do all this, proceed to the general training of the interaction of installations. Bring together the socials and managers and, separately from them, the scientists and humanitarians. Track the process of transferring the information relay through communication between sensory and intuitive installations.
After that, proceed to the final chord of the training (the maximum task, which for the time being is an unattainable ideal in everyday life). Connect the previously operated separately sensory and intuitive attitudes into one socion and “scroll” the entire long chain of transformations of the original information pulse.
The overall picture of the global communicative law of turnover of sociotypes within the framework of the temperamental- attributive division looks like this:
Scientists | Humanities
+ +> (PT -> IL -> TP -> LI) | -> | (ET -> IR -> TE -> RI) + + +
+ | + | |||
+ | + | |||
+ + (LF <- fl="" ps="" sp="" strong="">-> | <- strong="">-> | (RF <- es="" fr="" se="" strong="">->
Managers | Socials |
Sometime in the future, we will be able to speed up information and communication processes in society, which will allow us to create arbitrary groups of sociotypes without any special problems. Then, so difficult to achieve transitions from sensory setups to intuitive ones and vice versa will be debugged and what we do not have now will be recreated - the controllability and predictability of civilization, which will be challenged by an unimaginable level of complexity.
